Does Best Buy offer free delivery?
Yes, Best Buy does indeed offer free delivery. With orders over $35, you qualify for free standard delivery on your items. The $35 minimum spend does not apply to My Best Buy members. Certain items and offers will also allow you to qualify for free next-day delivery, but you will need to check the conditions. Another option is to order online and pick up your purchase in-store if there is a store near you. Orders can be processed and ready for pickup within an hour if your store has stock.
Does Best Buy price match?
Yes, they do. With Best Buy's “Best Price Guarantee”, you can price match an identical item as long as the item is in stock, and you can provide proof of the lower price to Best Buy's customer service representatives. They will then check the products in question and if everything checks out, Best Buy will match the price of the lowest-priced item.
Is there a Best Buy Student discount?
Yes, if you are a college or university student you are eligible for a discount on your purchases. What is Best Buy's returns policy?
The length of the returns period depends on the item you purchased and selected items might be subject to a restocking fee. Best Buy also offers an extended returns period over the holiday season to cover all those gifts. When returning an item to Best Buy you'll have the choice of returning it to your nearest Best Buy store or using a prepaid shipping label to return it completely free of charge.
