Does Creative offer free shipping?
Yes, you can get free shipping from Creative when you spend $35 or more on a single purchase. Also, if your order doesn’t meet the minimum spend requirements, then check our coupons page for any free shipping codes or promotions that may be available to help get that free delivery.
When is the Creative sale?
Creative participate in all major holiday sales periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing day. They also provide great deals on some of their products throughout the year. Does Creative price match?
Yes, Creative offers price matching on a good selection of its products, with eligible items showing a “Price Match Guarantee” label. So you can rest assured that you’re getting the best deals on Creative’s products. If you’ve purchased an item from Creative and you have found the item cheaper or the price has suddenly dropped days after you purchased it, reach out to Creative’s customer support team for a refund of the difference.
Does Creative offer a warranty?
Yes, most purchases from the Creative store are covered by a warranty period. The length of the warranty period depends on the product purchased and can range from anywhere between 3 months all the way to 24 months.
What is the Creative returns policy?
Creative offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and you can return your order for up to 30 days. Products from the Replacement Parts category such as cables, remote controls and charging cases can be returned for up to 7 days. Due to hygiene reasons, Creative can not accept returns of non-electronic parts such as ear tips, ear cushions and foam cups. Creative also offers an extended returns period around the holiday period, so orders placed between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31.

How to use Creative coupon codes
1. Select one of our Creative coupon codes you want to redeem and click "Get Code".
2. Copy the code and head to the Creative website to start shopping for the items you want.
3. Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart as you go.
4. When you're ready to buy, click on your shopping cart to review your order.
5. Here you can then click on “Enter Code” and a box will appear where you can enter the promo code.
