What is HP’s returns policy?
The window for returns with HP is 30 days and it begins as soon as your package is delivered. You can initiate a return by contacting HP directly. If the 30-day window has passed, you can still contact HP Technical Support for assistance as the team may be able to help. When returning an item to HP you'll receive a prepaid shipping label for you to ship your items back. However, once your items arrive back at HP, they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total.
